More importantly, she worked hard at negotiating with buyers to ensure they fully understood where the home value was to make negotiations move in my favor. That turned out to be huge for me and resulted in my getting full price for my home. I have done many real estate transactions in the past but never have I seen a realtor work that hard to be available and to represent me on this level.
